About the product
The HT 1500 V series comprises GW225K-HT and GW250K-HT (12 MPPT × 2 strings, 30 A) and the GW225KN-HT and GW250KN-HT variants (6 MPPT × 3 strings, 60 A per input). GW250K-HT represents the series in the catalogue.
The 1500 V maximum input voltage and 500–1500 V MPPT range are sized for utility strings. Rated output voltage is 800 V (3L/PE) with a maximum output current of 180.5 A; a suitable transformer is required for grid connection.
Communication via RS485 or PLC, with Bluetooth and an app for commissioning. IP66 enclosure with smart fan cooling, operating temperature -30 to +60 °C.
